118 is heating up. Montiel - Donaire will be a barn burner, but I have to give a slight edge to Montiel for being much more active and fighting tougher opposition. He also has that left hook that's been crushing people lately. Donaire also looks like he''s fallen in love with his power and doesn't throw as much combinations like he once did.

Esto debe ser lo más psicótico que álguien me haya respondido en esta cosa. Yo no defiendo a Montiel a ultranza. Sí, considero que es un muy buen boxeador, me gusta más que Mijares, que también es un gran boxeador, pero realmente pienso que este Castillo al que se enfrentó no puede haber estado en su mejor condición. A Montiel aún le falta demostrar que es grande mediante la superación de una prueba realmente dificil, como será su enfrentamiento contra el Armenio.

Mijares will clean out the division by taking out Montiel, either by Wide UD or late stoppage. It if goes to a Decision, the judges will shit on Mijares again and make it close, even though it will likely be wide, just like his last two decisions against Navarro and Munoz, both of which he won between 9-11 rounds.

After that he'll likely take on Donaire up from Flyweight and take him out in similar fashion

Gorres had not enough to do against Montiel, Montiel had problems with GoldenBoyPromotions, so he changed his style against Gorres, Santos and Melendez (trying to be more aggressive and give more show). I think that change of style was not good at all. Thats why Montiel didnt show "GREAT" while he fought Gorres. Anyway Gorres and Darchinyan are not enough to Montiel, the only good fight to Montiel right now would be against Mijares, but Mijares has been skipping Montiel per more than 1 year.

No dudo de la calidad de Boxeador de Fernando Montiel y de El travieso Arce, en su peso dan muy buenas peleas, Montiel fallo contra Goncalez porque subio de peso, es como Trinidad cuando peleo contra winky no pudo hacer nada.

Arriba Los Mochis, cuna de grandes boxeadores como tambien La Zorrita Soto, Hugo Cazares, Ahmed Santos, los cuates ruiz, etc.
