I swear (just like AVGN says) all this console needed was :

1. A headstrap so it doesnt slip away and so its comfortable

2. A first person shooter, DOOM if you will

3. BRIGHTER COLORS. It only has the colors Black and Red, which looks sinister.

There were some cool games and the graphics were awesome for that time but they didnt make enough First Person games. DOOM would have been awesome and it wouldnt have been a flop

I think the reason behing black and red was the fact that red is the most atracted color to human eyes so it made the graphics more "3D"
