basically it DID crash because if u saw the real movie instead of visualizing it in the book the plane fell in water and broke as brian couldnt breath he was kickin the door open and all the parts fell off so yea..

this is definitely my favorite book, gary paulsen is EASILY my favorite authoras well.

ive read all three parts to brian's story, the first being Hatchet of course, the second being The River, and the third being Brian's Winter(not sure the order of the last two, i read them in that order). if there are any other parts to his story please let me know!
