  • good pressing but in the future try the one two on the chest. one for on top of stomach and two explode and catch in rack position. still good tho.

  • That's the way I used to do it. The way I'm doing it now happened by accident to be honest, but I feel like I'm somehow conserving energy on the clean this way. This will probably change as my grip improves though.

    and the green stuff is IntraBolic by Athletic Edge Nutrition :p
