I love the Newsies!!!!! we watched it in choir because we were sing one of the songs!!!! Tuck Everlasting was one we watched in literature. we read the book it was based off of
ive seen the apple gang one , . but the rest and omg the story of menstuation hahaha who would waste 5 dollars or more to see a 10 minuted education video
I've seen them all, I guess I really am a Disney geek. When i was a kid I loved all those crazy college comedies like The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes and Now You See Him, Now You Don't and especially The Absent Minded Professor.
I remember Darby O'Gill mainly from the Disney channel back in the day when they didn't have their own tv shows like Hannah Montana. They showed all their old movies and behind the scenes stuff. O'Gill made me frightened of Banshees for all my life...still a bit freaked out and i'm in my 20s
I watched the relunctant dragon ALL the time when I was little... And I've seen Draby O'Gill and the Little People, Toby Tyler, The Apple Dumpling Gang, Squanto, and Tuck Everlasting haha and Im only 17. Dont see how people never heard of these
and as for the newsies, it wasn't bad - as a disney side project. it's when you start thinking of it as something they intended to break the box office with that it starts to suck :P
1. I've heard of the Reluctant Dragon but never seen it. 2. WHAT THE HECK!? 3. Never heard of it... 4. I knew there was a book but not a movie. 5. I didn't know there was such a thing. 6. SEEN IT! 7. Lol I just saw that today. Funny! 8. I saw the Broadway version of "I'm the King of New York" at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I haven't seen the movie though. 9. Okay... 10. Oh I've seen that movie! That was pretty good!
The Apple Dumpling gang looked like it had some big stars in it too, from the clip anyway. And Newsies is now a play on Broadway, never knew it was a movie!
@00ammy00 uh, how old are you, five? Why not educate our children on how to stay hygienic. Menstruation can be a scary thing. I honestly think they should remaster it, and continue to show it in health classes.
@horsegrl12 sheesh dude, I only meant that I can't believe Disney actually did something like that because they've always been so protective in their movies. Back then they had balls. I have nothing against the story of menstruation
@Mirani2 For a young girl first going through it, yes it is. The process itself is not. I felt it was a great learning tool, and feel it should be remade and shown again to young preteen girls.
I've seen all of these except The Story of Menstruation and Squanto. I LOVED the Reluctant Dragon as a kid but I'd only watch the animated part. Would you care for a jam sandwich?
Ive seen all of those except "The Story of Menstruation", "The Journey of Natty Gann", "The Newsies", and "Squanto". I loved Tuck Everlasting even though it is sad, I never really liked Apple Dumpling gang, I like the computer wore tenny shoes, but the rest never really appealed to me. By the way I'm 14.
I've heard of Darby O'Gill and the Little People. Disney Channel has shown The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes a few times, I think, but I always refused to watch it. And I got Tuck Everlasting when it was released. I think a lot of people have seen it. I am surprised that Disney made a cartoon about "the birds and the bees".
Have seen the Reluctant Dragon on VHS, it came with a other disney movie whose name I have forgotten (something with Mickey and some magic beans.) Have seen Darby O'gill (only because I wanted to see more of Sean Connery after dr. No). Haven't seen any of the others.
How do you expect kids to listen to their parents... Tarzan lives half naked, Cinderella comes back home at midnight, Pinocchio lies all the time, Aladdin is the king of thieves, Batman drives at 320 KM/h, Sleeping beauty is lazy, and Snow white lives with 7 guys. We shouldn’t be surprised when kids misbehave! They get it from their story books..., haha copy and past this on disney story videos if you laughed :D
Wow...all these "unheard" of films I've owned copies of for decades. Which one of these isn't currently available? Oddly enough - the one and only Disney film that's actually "rare" or "unheard" of - The Song of the South...isn't mentioned at all. Someone gave this silly Brit a box of old VHS tapes and he assumed it was rare. Poor thing.
"Three wishes I grant ye' three wishes so small, but you wish a fourth wish then you loose them all!!!!" I love darby o'gale! I have been watching it since 4th grade!!
And I thought the sequal to "THe AppleDumplning Gang" was adorable! Never seen Newsies or Toby Tyler. I got 2 new films to watch!!!
They really should've mentioned the three live-action action movies they made in Britain after "Treasure Island", "The Story of Robin Hood", "The Sword and The Rose"

You're saying nobody's ever seen Darby O'Gill? That was my favorite movie when I was little. I got a double tape of Darby O'Gill along with the Quiet Man. Maureen O'Hara was in them. She's my third cousin twice removed or something like that...
