  • I used to have this album on vinyl. I miss it. The only CD releases I've seen of this album omitted my favorite songs (Shimmy Shake and Besame Mucho), so I never bought it. It's nice to find these songs again on YouTube :) Thank you!

  • Jeez, they were superb even back then. Shit, I'd pay good money to see a group that good today. Except there aren't any. Bummer!

  • "Ah, Shitty Shitty" hahahah oh, Beatles <3

  • wow! They must have got some good speed that night!

  • can someone give me the lyrics for Shimmy Shake?

  • Does anyone know where this song comes from ? Mostly listed as South and Land but look it up on You tube , very definately not same song . Best fit I can find is Rock and Roll version of Shimmy Like Sister Kate, which doesn't really fit either but is more in the style considering Red Sails and Feets Too Big for example, Suggestions welcome----great track! One of my Favs

  • @bootle11 It's a version of The Olympics's Shimmy like Kate. It's pretty much the same arrangement idea. But the Olympic's version, from 1960, is a rock and roll version of Shimmy like sister kate.

  • @bootle11 Hi. The song was written in 1919 by Williams and Piron, supposed to be about a brothel Mama who could really dance

  • Raw power

  • ときどきこんな「ジャンク」な音を無性に聴きたくなるのは何故だろう?

  • Does anyone know who did the orginal of this? It was some do-wop band..

  • This may have been the best time to ever see the Beatles...in a small club, tearin' it up! Can you imagine?!
