The Bay City Roller's were my favorite as a teen (I'm the same age as Susan) and I still consider their songs and the Rollers themselves amongst my favorites. LOVE YA, SUSAN !!!!! I agree 1970's Girl..big deal aout if she like Donny Osmond. He's not Mick Jagger but since when is that a crime? Like Jagger can actually sing? I love the Stones, but with Mick it's more about the presense and how he acts and not his singing. Donny and his family were bonafide talented people. Millions of girls in the 70's loved theOsmonds.

@dianeb1020 My theory, when human beings can still find something negative to say about what is clearly authentic, innocent, unrehearsed/innocent_ then what the rest of us are actually hearing is a really damaged human being. These undiluted human traits of innocence, authenticity, etc., must touch wounds that are deeply entrenched in those who can still come out swinging so hard-hearted. It is best to have pity, empathy, even affectionately, detached compassion for such damaged souls.
