i think atmogs GP would do it better, if you go 4 warmogs and an atmas you would have right around 7k health with decent ad too, and use ur ult to counter lane pushes, and most new players dont know counter builds so as long as they didnt get madreds you would be alright

Nasus cause his q permanently gives you damage so you just gotta build tanky. Tankplank is good as well. Tryndamere is also good but exhaust and ignite can take you down. So you might have to take cleanse

Nasus, Gp, Soraka, and Trynd are the best 1v5ers I can think of. Gp clears waves with ult and is extreamly strong with items. Nasus scales with farm like no other. Trynd can 1v5 teams. Ap Soraka with spell vamp and summoner heal can aoe a whole team down and sustain so hard.

Good play. But even if they do get ur inhibitor down, inhibitor does respawn after awhile so it's not a whole a lot of issue. You can just focus on defending (When you;re super fed it shouldnt be a problem) it will only prolong the game.
