He intended to shoot the 6 in the left side pocket. The plan was to draw the cueball into the left side rail and out, but he miscued.
Would he really plan to play the 6 as a carom off the 7ball?. Great shotmaking, but I'm sure Tony would admit wasn't the cleanest runout. Anytime you're moving balls around it can go south on you real fast.
