if you pay attention the the lyrics you can obviously tell the the first verse of the song is about Taylor Swift and Joe's relationship. The second verse is obviously about Nick and his troubled relationships. Didn't Miley Cyrus write 7 Things about Nick? Didn't she talk to Seventeen magazine about how much he changed her? Didn't she write a chapter in her book about their failed relationship? Yes. She did all those things. And now their friends.
