What I think is that we will predominantly communicate and spend our time on the internet (as I'm sure you and I already do today), and not in everyday reality. These people (the cyber people) will have an advantage of information surplus. I don't think you need to consider merging with machines, but do consider how you use all of this incredible information that is accessible at your fingertips. Your discipline with this knowledge will determine how the digital paradigm plays out.
I did not know this, thank you. Here in the US the conversion to digital already happened this past february. People barely noticed.
