if the universe is so incredibly complex so that only an omnipotent, all knowing superbeing could have created it, a blind cockmaker you can say (since he also designed birds and phalus) then who the fuck was so fucking kick ass to have created the creator? I think we should be worshipping his ass. To put it this way: who gets an A+ at the science fair? the kid who built an AM radio or the kid who presented a poster and a dead lima bean plant?
Edward Current really is trying to use sarcasm to prove that god does not exist. His facts are bias and blinded by his hatred. He blames all the troubles of the world on Christianity. He truly knows the meaning of hate. He sounds so sincere, he must have a strong motive for these videos. If he came clean and told the truth of what he really wants to say he knows his reasoning would be lost. Hate only begats hate, lies and the downfall of the human race. Face me E.C., let me know your pain.
I like god's design where people build their homes on earthquake fault lines. Not really, this just shows how stupid people really are. Actually I love how god gave us intelligence to avoid disasters as mentioned in this video. We can learn to travel off this planet to other galaxies since the time allowed is in the millions of years. Look what we have done in just 100 years! We have harnessed the power of the atom and we could build nuclear powered ships.... well we could if we don't blow up!
If he doesn't care then how does he care enough to create in the first place? If he has no purpose then what did he "create" us for? I thought it was to worship him or to be his playthings. If he creates without purpose then I guess we aren't obligated to worship, especially since you just said he doesn't care anyway..
Exactly, you got it! Random creation or evolution at its best. There is no devine law. Sad to think but man's law is best so far. Karma is not devine intevention but rather just common sense. What goes around comes around is 100% common sense, and that is where Athiests' morality comes from. Our moral does not come from the Bible.
@saigondj Common sense to those brought up well by a loving parental figure. Common sense is lost to those who have never known the meaning of "love thy neighbour" or "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Modern society was built by Christianity, look at the American $ bill, "In god we trust". It is undeniable, it's everywhere. Too bad our civilization can't maintain the vision the forefathers of our freedom nations meant for us, too bad.

It is conspicuous for people who use common sense that human affairs are of no significance on the greater scale of things

"God" may create, but with no purpose, and does not judge nor care. A blind clockmaker you can say.
