God my vjing it made this a matrix world for kiddies to fall in to owell if u cant beat your kids might as while come back through there minds and give them a free triforce.
@MissingCamcorder what comes to my mind is that they are mostly used for tile-based movement systems as a better and a bit more complicated alternative to square based ones. Also they'd remind one of bee honeycomb patterns as an example of a living organism's ability to build symmetrical and highly complex structures. So, you're right, I think demos should be enjoyed this way, especially in the context of computer science.
why its not on Pouet.net?

Most Atari 2600 games have 4kb of memory.
Which means it would only take 16 Pacman cartridges from the 80s to store this!

So if Disney had just hired these guys to do Tron:Legacy, then the whole 125min. movie would be a 2.1MB download. :)

The craziest thing is that this demo takes 64kb. I wasn't wrong. not 64Mb. 64Kb.
It's sad I can't run it anymore.

It has something to do with grids, I think. Hexagons might be the shape with the most sides that can be tiled uniformly??

May someone please explain to me the significance of hexagons?
MissingCamcorder 1 year ago
@MissingCamcorder umm... geometrical closed polygon with 6 equal angles ?
TheKaos90 1 year ago
@TheKaos90 Well, its significance, not the definition. They seem to appear a lot in computer-themed things.
