  • @chystokletov Pletnev used to be one of the worlds finest musicians. I say 'used to be' because I've have no idea whats got in to this man. His interpretations went from honoust virtuosity to vulgair displays of what seems to be boredom. Maybe I'm wrong but I used to work at the concert hall in Amsterdam where after every concert we hand the performer flowers. Apparently he said to one of my collegues when being handed of the flowers: "Save them for your funeral." Lacking in taste? I'd say so!
