he actually did raise a combat level... he right clicked on his opponent at 0:02 and it displays bright yellow (98) then after he leveled defence he became level 99... soooo... you're wrong buddy.

Look when he hovers his mouse over the other player that is level 98 combat. It is "YELLOW", that indicates that he is the same/equal combat as his opponent.

When he accidentally levels he clicks his combat tab which now shows 99.

Another way to check this is if you calc his stats before the defence level, his maxed combat as a 1 def pure with them stats is 98, now he is 99 due to 2 defence.

Im assuming you used your own method because I just went to RuneHQ, Tip.it, Zybez, Swiftkit, etc and they all still came up with the following combat level: With Summoning: Your combat level is 111. For combat level 112 you will need: 4 Defence levels. 7 Prayer levels. Without Summoning: Your combat level is 98. For combat level 99 you will need: 1 Defence level. 1 Prayer level. Your combat level is melee based.
