@CrazyItalian7469 I wanna say both... I use to live near that store and it was a great place to buy fuel for doing very stupid things. That's the beauty of Tennessee... I had to start settling for nasty gas stations or just waiting until July 4th or New Years to have a reason to shoot off fireworks. Like you need one!

i was a firefighter working on the fire and we were more running away then putting it out. a couple hit are trucks but i was blocking traffic on church st.

The store WAS opened year around. And it's not state, it is the city law that describes legal shooting dates before the 4th and around Christmas and New Year's.

If you go outside the city of Murfreesboro into the county then you can shoot fireworks whenever.
