When he mentions shadow people, I seriously almost peed myself.

I saw one of those "shadow people", it "fell" on me like a smokey shadow, just after my family went to church. I heard the door close as they left, then this "thing" fell on me, and I awoke later in the hospital, after an 11-day seizure, and a 9-day coma.

My family found me seizing, screaming about aliens. Neurologists said I had a GASH in my brain. Next day they said it's a SCAR. Next day it was "just a glitch". Then I went home.

I've had many "hag" episodes but not like this one. I was waking from my sleep and saw some grudge girl crawling twords me. Then it jumped on top of me and held me down. I couldent move or breath and I was scared but I didnt show it becase demons like fear. Instead I tried to be agressive but it started sinking its fingers into my ribs and I could feel pain. Then I started praying in my mind instead of trying to fight it. Then it yelled in my face and left.

This has been happening to me lately, I wake up around 3:00am (The Dead Hour) and I am paralyzed but can see my whole bedroom and I try to scream out for help but I can't. I also see a man in a black cloak at the end of my bed and can feel myself being dragged out of my body. I can even see other rooms in the house but yet I know I am still lying on my bed and I have also felt extreme psysical pain too, like I am burning alive but asking Jesus to help me in my head made it stopped.

If they are demons like you say and of hell and unholy why are you promoting them so much and paying them so much attention? If I don't want to deal with SP then I'll just pull myself outta paralysis, move around a bit and go back to sleep in hopes that it won't happen again. Usually after 2 or 3 times, I fall asleep for the night.

I never chose to have sleep paralysis but given the choice I wanna keep having it. I'd prefer if it wasn't compulsory though. Some nights I just wanna go to sleep and don't wanna deal with SP but theres no avoiding it. It only lasts about 2 minutes before a dream starts though.

The strangest sleep paralysis episodes happen to me on ONSET of sleep where i experience all kinds of paranormal type of activity from phantom screaming, to OBE or NDE, though theyre never TOO terrifying to me, more neutral or even sometimes positive. The Sleep Paralysis I get sometimes while waking up, is usually more mundane and just runs a regular course with no other paranormal experience.

Normally, I would say that everyone here is crazy, except for the fact that I too have felt this phenomena. When I was younger, 4-6, I would wake up and see this black figure walking to me. This happened many times, and I wasn't paralyzed. Now that I am in my teens, I have experienced "sleep paralysis." for a while it was happening every night, so one night I tried to see if I could force my self up. That night, it happened again, and I forced my way up, just to feel a force pushing me down
