okapi's are my fav animal!! we go to the st louis zoo and they have one there and it was inside one time and i was with my bf and the okapi was pacing back and forth in the cage thing and as soon as my bf left the okapi stopped and just starred at me!! i was so awesome i swear i could have reached out and pet it because it just looked so calm around me!

Cincinati Zoo is awesome! Sadly last time I went the okapi's cage was being renovated. Luckily I live like 20-30 minutes from the zoo. I hope to go and try and see them again :D
