@AlexeiVoronin Homicide is a crime but there are options that have to be taken into consideration by 'the Law'. The guy can be charged with a manslaughter as a result of his self-defense but definitely not with a murder - an intended killing. He's not a serial killer or some thug to be locked up for 20 years even on an existing legal basis whether it seems just or not. And yeah, the dead guy is a neonazi football hooligan, i could easily presume that even by his photo without knowing the story.

Well it was in self defense, there's 16 of them, it doesn't take a genius to figure out it was self defense. He's guilty of being a good samaritan. When a prisoner ways he's innocent, u have look at all the evidence before saying he's guilty, in this case they ignored all the witness's statements.

I didn't invent the Law. I just follow it. And I expect others to follow it as well (and be punished when they break it).
I am not a supporter of harsh punishment, but I realize that without it we would fall into chaos and anarchy.
