that preacher's approach does not attract non-believers into the faith. it actually puts pressure on people. it reminds me of when people tried to get me to quit smoking. i lit up a cigarette in front of them to tell them off. i quit 2 years ago out of my own desire.

I love how the people were not leaving. It's because deep down they knew he was speaking Truth. God was penetrating their hearts. This man definitely has the boldness of God. I am definitely not there yet but at least we know that this method is definitely biblical. Why do so many christians say well thats the OT. The Law is still in place. But we are under grace we are no longer condemned by the law. Jesus said until heaven and earth pass away not one jot or word will pass away from the law. the Law is how we understand what sin is for sin is disobedience to the Law.

Telling random people you know nothing about that they are going to Hell is judgement, first of all. Second of all "Stop sinning and repent" = preaching the Law. Law does not save, faith does (Galatians 2:16). When you are law-minded/carnally-minded (law is external), sin succeeds (Romans 8:5-6). Preach transformation through faith (Romans 5:2-5), not repentance.
I have recently come to the realization that I cannot save every sinner. I felt helpless against Satan, even though I know that God is much more powerful. I felt regret for not telling everybody I know about Jesus, and that I have spent my life not living for him until this point. I love how the people were not leaving. It's because deep down they knew he was speaking Truth. God was penetrating their hearts. This man definitely has the boldness of God. Why do so many christians say well thats the OT. The Law is still in place. But we are under grace we are no longer condemned by the law. Jesus said until heaven and earth pass away not one jot or word will pass away from the law. the Law is how we understand what sin is for sin is disobedience to the Law.

My point is, that, while street preachers & fundamentalists believe with all their heart that their evangelism method is a biblical norm, it in fact, is not, if the NT is understood in context. But, like any who hold onto their inaccuracies with gusto, they will accuse those who disagree of "watering down" God's word, not being saved, and doing so with a hatred that they say is love. The behavior of street preachers like this is not the fruit of the Spirit, but, rather, the fruit of deception.

Jesus preached repent or perish, Jesus boldly denounced sin and hypocrisy. The bible say to go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Open air preaching and bold confontational sin denouncing hell fire preaching was God's idea and it is very loving to warn the wicked. Repent!

God is not willing that any perish but that all should come to repentance. Repent of your pagan, lying, drunken, fornicating (sex out of marriage) ways and all sin, and turn to Jesus. You say you would rather burn, but that is an arrogant lie. You do not want to burn forever. That is a statement of unbelief, which is another sin. Repent.

The best that can come from street preaching is "baby christians" (which are people who accept Jesus but have no knowledge or understanding of what it truly is to be a Christian. Therefore these "BC's" will go around the world not knowing what they are doing. Terribly awful prospect.

Keep doing what your doing, stay bold...and be prepared for the persecution one on one witnessing is good too, I believe that woman really just don't understand because of our modern day evangelical way....most American Christians have been decieved into believing the whole seeker sensative way, the closer we draw near the more we will see this type of preaching...We are still one body keep that in mind..

I am being convicted listening to him. I used to preach like this till I became lukewarm..I am coming back to God fully now.....

Please excuse me if this is the third message of mine that appears. My posts don't seem to go through. Telling random people you know nothing about that they are going to Hell is judgement, first of all. Second of all "Stop sinning and repent" = preaching the Law. Law does not save, faith does (Galatians 2:16). When you are law-minded/carnally-minded (law is external), sin succeeds (Romans 8:5-6). Preach transformation through faith (Romans 5:2-5), not repentance.

I have recently come to the realization that I cannot save every sinner. I felt helpless against Satan, even though I know that God is much more powerful. I felt regret for not telling everybody I know about Jesus, and that I have spent my life not living for him until this point. You have a lot of courage to stand on a corner like this, and I commend you. I don't know how I could face those who try to stop you, but your message is obviously reaching some. Save all you can, and I will try too!

Street preaching is awesome brother! and most defiently all born again christians shoud spread the word! but it sounds like to me that you are preaching a salvation of works? i believe that salvation is only in Faith through Jesus Christ alone!

(paraphrased) We are saved by grace through faith and not of works lest any man shouls boast, but a true biblical faith will have works. The bible says faith without works is dead being alone. Jesus said repent or perish, go and sin no more. Repent (stop sinning) or hell fire. That is bible.

I like the rhetorical abortion question the very young and naive gal asks, hoping he would say that it was a sin or you'd go to hell, and that she'd have some secular, moral upper hand. YES, it is a SIN, WICKEDNESS BEFORE THE LORD and YOU WILL ANSWER FOR MURDERING A CHILD.

This "Christian" wants to confront this man preaching truth, because she believes she has the intellectual upper hand, and yet she doesn't know what is in the bible.
She has no idea what the Great Commission is...most fake Christians (meaning those born after 1980, or those who attend a Church which have names like: Methodist, Presbyterian, Episcopal, Alliance, "Good News", or where drum sets and rock guitars take up 25 percent of service.)

That woman indeed needs to repent and she too is not saved. May the Lord continue to bless our brothers on the street preaching. Much prayers goes to them. Just love it street ministry...People need the warning and know the sinfulness within them. Until they do, they will not understand the true gospel. Keep on preaching and warning.......Amen!

Jonah got Chastised by Heavenly father for waiting for them to be destroyed Jonah did preach that they would be destroyed if they did not fix their evil ways. Jonah was put through a lot of pain because God loved the people of nevia(Spelling?) which is why he sent Jonah to try and save them and they did but Jonah did not beleive they would fix their ways

lol Jesus didnt say repent or you will perish? i believe he even said many parables about how if we didnt repent we will perish. this girl needs to read the bible. I know it's difficult to get people to hear the word of God, because everyone believes they know the truth. So many people want to make the Bible say what they choose for it to say instead of asking God to give them wisdom in the Word. Keep preaching and stay strong. People who truly walk with God, know that you are doing as God wants us to do in spreading the good news. God bless you always!

It says in John 8:59 that when the jewish leaders tried to stone him, he then hid himself and passed through the midst of them. How could he do this without a crowd.

Jesus died and rose again revealing God's love for God hating sinners. Love God with all your heart, mind , soul, and strength. Read your KJV bible and seek God in prayer daily. Love God first and preach for Him. Do all for the glory of God. Be a man of prayer, be holy without which no man shall see the Lord.

"The kingdom of God is not a matter of talk (like you're doing) but power (like you're not doing). 1 Cor. 4:20.
I am positive you mean well, but nowhere did Jesus even remotely suggest that you preach hell to people. Hell is not the gospel, Jesus is. Preach Christ and demonstrate His kingdom.

I could preach any part of the Word of God and be preaching Jesus! The bible says how shall they hear without a preacher, preaching is God's idea. Yes, I agree we do need the power of God.
