Brilliant, review. Straight to the point and continuous relevance to the product. Thank you for the tips and comparison towards the end of the video as one would've purchased the clarisonic plus partly because of the body brush, thankfully there is no major difference but the price...
Well I've read all of your articles and got also the japanese skincare revolution book. Your suggestions have been really helpful. I am thinking of buying the clarisonic Mia ! Do you think that clarisonic would be a good idea to use for my open pores and oily skin in combination with my APIVITA 100% lavender cleanser in order to minimize the appearance of my large pores?
@gkiosaa Hey gk, I do think the Clarisonic would be suitable for you as long as your skin is not super sensitive. I am not sure about that cleanser, but I like to use 100% Pure lavender foam wash or ARCONA. There are a lot of awesome natural face washes out there now.
Thank you for this review!!! Do you think the Clarisonic would work on a skin afflicted with rosacea? Also, I've just discovered your videos and website, and I'm devouring everything you said/wrote because I think your advice is so well researched and very helpful! I've been meaning to ask you, do you know of any way to diminish the white bumpy protrusions underneath the eyelid (I think they're called milia)? I have so many and just keep getting more, even though i try to use a light eye-cream..
I've tried the Clarisonic with a few cleansers, and I found that it works best with non-creamy cleansers. A lot of creamy cleansers (especially drugstore, non-natural brands) contain a sketchy oils and waxes, which can create some skin issues, especially if you have dry/sensitive skin and/or very small pores.
The Clarisonic by itself is fantastic for dry and acne-prone skin, so you can get away with using a non-drying, foaming cleanser.
My favorite non-creamy cleansers are from 100% Pure and Sophyto. Right now I'm using Glo Purifying Gel Cleanser, which I love. My skin was really irritated and rebelling against me last week (I was trying too many products), and the Clarisonic/Glo cleanser combo, along with lotion masks, got my skin back on track within 2 days. Yay!
And yes, definitely try the delicate brush head, I think it's a little better than the sensitive for female, acne-prone skin.
the compliment. :D Don't worry, your skin may be going through a tougher time now, but we all go through that at some point. You will definitely have beautiful skin, just eat well and treat yourself gently. :) Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to help!
I hope you love the Mia, the yellow looks really cute. And yes, definitely remove your make-up first, then use your regular cleanser with the Clarisonic. :)
Try using coconut oil or olive oil to remove your makeup! It's more gentle and moisturizing than a chemical makeup remover (it won't clog your pores either).
Hi! You did a great review! I just ordered a Clarisonic Mia 2 days ago and I'm waiting for it to come patiently! By the way mine is yellow. a quick question here. Do I have to use makeup remover to clean my face bfore the Clarisonic step?
That's a tough one! :P If you want the Clarisonic for your body and face, I would consider the Plus. If you mainly want it for your face, definitely go with a Mia.

do you have any tips for keeping your legs smooth from ingrown hairs/bumps? also, do you have any ideas to keep your back clear from blemishes?

The clarisonic is so expensive however, it does work very well.
I use the boscia cleanser with it.
