I don't know why fists are not used in taekwondo. They keep trying to use their legs even though they are too close to each other. Don't take it bad..this is just my ignorance rather than anything else.

@machai666 Taekwondo is like 93% kicks. I don't know for sure, but I do think it looks cooler with kicks tho. that's why I enjoy to watch Taekwondo more than any other martial arts.

They need to keep their hands up to block more, not swing them around like that. Also lose the pads, those will make you slip easily on the mat and makes you off balance
