Firstly, It comes down to liability. Section 6331 states who can be levied if they chose not to pay.. Tell me if you are one of those people. I proved I was not and won. Remember, throughout the code EVERYWHERE..it says Any person liable. This is a key word. LIABLE. You enter into an agreement when you voluntarily submit a W-4. Which IS voluntary. You forgot to read the rest of the section, Sport. 31.3102-1 Collection of, and liability for, employee tax; in general.
(a) The employer shall collect from each of his employees the employee tax with respect to wages for employment performed for the employer by the employee. The employer shall make the collection by deducting or causing to be deducted the amount of the employee tax from such wages as and when paid.
It is not voluntary at all, which is why people go to jail for not paying.

Dude- Yes, I cant stand it anymore either. I used to be such a diehard supporter of these guys for about 2 years now and it just seems that they are sensationalizing everything instead of telling the truth for us. Ive noticed a lot of supporters ask the same question, so yor intuition is spot on. It seems not matter who you are, once fame and money enter, you are doomed to be a shill. People like you and me see through this trash and we will find other venue's for the truth. Thats all we want.
