@Freekkiller7 actually no one does the voice (or sound) of hypnotoad, it was said in an episode commentary that the sound of hypnotoad was actually just a "test sound" it was something they put there before they choose what sound they actually want to use...but the sound was so out of place that they left it (i forgot what the sound WAS though...it was just some generic sound however)
