i believe the breaking of bonds require energy and the formation of bonds releases energy. ATP is known as an energy molecule because after it is hydrolyzed by H2O, the formation of H3PO4 has the stored energy to break apart, say glucose.
haha, if this vid helps people see molecular biology differently, then i guess how you saw biological reactions before can only be uttered with two words: "blind folded"
