Stealth Bombers don't need covops cloak. Read their descriptions: No targeting penalty when de-cloaking and speed bonuses with lvl5 Cov Ops skill will boost u'r ship's speed while cloaked with Imp. Cloaking device II by 150% Meaning it will go faster than regular ship speed with CovOps cloak equiped.

The only penalty is Scan resolution but u can fix that with one Sensor Booster.

I would do anything for a stealth bomber, such a good fucking ship its not even funny. Launching cruise missiles from a fucking frigate is anyone's dream.

its basically a paper airplane that can fire cruise missles. they cant take any damage. but they can be pretty deadly with a good tackling ship

Don't listen to these guys. They're great ships. Every ship can't be a super tank, damage ship.

I've gotten the most kills and pods in my Manticore while in a gang. Use the ship for what it can do good.

I let my team get in close and soon as they opponent is focused on trying tokill my team, I uncloak about 120km out and let loose my Cal Navy cruise missiles. They are fun ships to fly. I've owned mine for 2 years with 1 near loss but I was able to jump before I could be taken out.

if the changes to the eve local go ahead (as in the list updates when people talk. not enter or exit system) i would go in an SB and hunt industrial ships all day long :P

there is no local window in WH space, at least you don't automaticaly show up in it.
