  • I wish I coulda got that close to the band, I was watching toxic avenger aound this time. Last concert I went to you had to have hawk vision to see anybody in the band

  • best album in my opinion

  • I just got my fucking head ripped off and loved it.

  • Undertow was fucking genius

  • my god immense.....i saw them in 94 in the uk brilliant band i was in love with undertow still am,,,

  • fucking amazing*

  • Man, they used to ROCK. Im really glad they've grown as a band since then and still continue to rock at times.

  • DUDE. The crowd jumping at 2:04 was so awesome!

  • I would luv if maynard eye fucked and pointed me out @ a show

  • Was that Bill Hicks!?

  • @SwatzyProductions I dont think so..

  • @duckindad3 You realize this is Paul D'amour... not Justin Chancellor. right?

  • You out your fuckin head Justin Danny Adam Maynard they are Tool YOU CANT REPLACE ANYONE. Yea moron maybe Zeppelin should have gone on without John Bonham replace JPJ not get a clue maybe Maynard should dance for you. It's about the MUSIC Jackass.

  • I want to learn the "Maynard Two-Step!" And that killer "May-Hawk" he had going in the early nineties!!

  • Fuck I hate

The Church of Scientology those guys have their minds totally twisted and obliterated. How do they even function with such caged up minds. It baffles my mind

  • its strange seeing Maynard at the front of the stage!!

  • @timbondnz no doubt, last time i saw 'em he was behind a white screen behind the drum kit. Toward the end of the show in the middle of aenama someone shone a lazer pointer on him from beside the stage and he walked off before he finished the song. The band kinda finished it instramentally, but maynard didnt come back out. fucking pre madona!

  • I don't think justin chancellor is replaceable

  • @TheBiddleMan isn't that Paul D'amour in this video?

  • @hairmonster12 Yeah it is, just someone below me said 'All bass players are replaceable', to which I replied 'I don't think Justin is replaceable,'

  • @TheBiddleMan very easily. Be honest, Adam jones and Maynard make the band. They could get someone else and Jones would just figure out the bass lines of his riffs and teach it to any random bass player....

  • @tomfoolery2117 46 and 2, Schism, 10,000 days... some of their best songs main riffs were written by justin.

  • @TheBiddleMan X-) I'm gonna have to fire someone in my facts-checking dept. LOL

  • made my night when maynard pointed at the announcer when he said "TOOOOL"!!!

  • @paisteuser06 i was just thinking the same exact thing. cracks me up

  • All bass players are replaceable. Paul Da'mour was slightly less replaceable than most.

  • @beerstudd76 That is possibly the most stupid thing I've read all day, I only just woke up though, so don't be that offended. I think you're under the false impression that the duty of the bass player is to follow the guitar.

  • @gazbostuart Lemme guess. . . wait for it. . . you play bass. *yawn*

  • @beerstudd76 Wait for it...nope! I play guitar, I'm also just a general fan of music and the different components that can help make it.

  • @gazbostuart If there was ever an irreplacable bassist, my vote would be for John Paul Jones of Zeppelin. In all fairness though he did a lot more than just play bass....

  • @beerstudd76 ya try replacing les claypool from primus...

  • @bojanks15 Who would want that job anyway? Primus is a Joke. why are we talking about that under a TOOL video?! It doesnt deserve to be here.

  • @tomfoolery2117 get the fuck outta here primus is amazing, i saw them last fall and it was one of the best show ive seen, including tool.

  • @bojanks15 To each his own, I guess....'Wierd AL' sold more albums than any other comedian to date, but I'm not going to take him seriously in a musical sense either. ;)

  • @tomfoolery2117 les claypool is an amazing musician and wierd al is not that is why. Les is one of the best bass players ever, you are just ignorant.

  • @bojanks15 well, you calling me ignorant for disagreeing with your opinion speaks volumes about your character. You could perhaps call me nieve if I were incliened to admit that there is much from primus that I have not heard, but im sure that making a distiction between the two words is well beyond your realm of comprehension. Ignorant is a word that ignorant people love to throw around. Now, if you like, in your inevitable response you may call me condesending, and you would be correct.

  • in the 1998 tool was foundamentaly at the most of their carrer,

and eanima was the pick of the post post really post grunge if seen from those years and nothing more,

    a very big band.

  • @sondgeden if you choose to make such a statement, at least run a spell check before you post. you should be ashamed

  • @sondgeden Do you know how to spell or maybe type?

  • jizzed my pants!

  • I was at this show in the front row a little left of center. I have been looking for this show for years. Thank you for posting this. Love Jones got in trouble for cussing. HAHA! This is just awesome!

  • Notice how Maynard doesn't start pointing at the guy introducing them until he screams Tool. Yeah, that about sums things up nicely.

  • Right the effe on brother... Great post

  • [masked stigma]

    from a mile away

  • That was fucking great!

  • Thanks for posting this!!!

  • How can people call Maynard pretentious? Peopke don't throw themselves around onstage with such passion for no reason.

  • Stellar. *****.

  • i thought intolerance wasn't played till '93 so this is pretty damn cool

  • i got to see this song on their current tour.. :) hahah FUCK YEA

  • Comment removed

  • And i thought the Sober video was scary...

Sounds amazing though, ill admit that

  • Back when they'd probably appreciate having their shows and music promoted on the interweb...... Thank you SO very much for posting these for our viewing pleasure!

  • Rock.

  • During a 1993 show at the Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Centre in Los Angeles, Keenan (who would later write the lyrics "Fuck L. Ron Hubbard and fuck all his clones" in "Ænema") bleated like a sheep for a good portion of the show. "Before our set this guy tries to intimidate me by showing me a gun in his jacket," Keenan recalled. "I explained to him that if he pissed me off I’d start a riot."

sounds like an awesome show. please post the rest.

  • @llehniruoy WOW!! That a trip..still posting the rest of this gig as we speak..as soon I finish posting all the show I'll give a proper shout out to my best friend in the world Bobby Rae who shot this show.I've searched my attic and didn't come on with the 91 Club with no Name show...but I do know he does have the master..he's, right now fixn' a munched tape...we didn't get the whole show,(a crushing Jerk Off)..we were there to see Too Free Stooges and video their show...

  • @oliphantmanphilms I was at this show in the front row a little left of center. I have been looking for this show for years. Thank you for posting this. Love Jones got in trouble for cussing. HAHA! This is just awesome!

Do you have the whole show that I can get from you?

  • @oliphantmanphilms Hey, man. What ever happened to that show?

  • Thanks alot for this, its great to see some early footage of tool.

  • Wonderful! I'm eternally grateful.
