To claim the stimulus worked is short sided. . . it doesn't consider the full circle of economics. . . one simple example:

Where is the evaluation of where the Stimulus money would be and doing what if not spent in the Stimulus. . .you cannot say this money would have been spent better or worse without this condensation. Who can say that money, spent a different way, wouldnt be more effective? Wheres the consideration of interest payments?
