the debate of the depth of field is completely wrong...in manual focus with an higher aperture more like f/2.8....the only thing that is IMPOSSIBLE is the fps...even at Lowest resolution and high continuous shooting this would not work...the Nikon D90 takes no faster than 4.5 FPS and has a loading RAM of no more than 12 hires images...some of her motions are fluid and to get that effect you have to minimally have 18 fps ... i am a pro photographer and had owned the D90 since it came out in 2008.
Is this Greenscreen? or Screen Shooting? I hope it is because the cinematography is awsome and it makes my head hurt tryna figure out that lighting set up if you acually shot that in the streets.
The singer is superimposed onto the background. It's made clear because the lights in the background don't disappear when she passes over them. The big ball of blur should completely disappear when you pass over the center of it because then the camera won't be able to see where the light source is coming from. But even when she blocks the center of the light, the entire blurred light is still there. Maybe he meant the background was shot separately from the girl and then combined.
@guelphgopro not only that, but the bokeh looks way too consistent all across the area behind her. Usually, there would be some kind of gradation on sharpness falling away to complete blur. I could be wrong, but it looks fake to me.
how did you edit the video?..what lenses? did u used any color correction?...amazing vid!...i just got mine...can´t wait to get results as good as you!

This is a nice video. I get the feeling some green screen was used to put the singer in that background or you had some decent lights on location.
