That's what makes this show work, I think. Leonard,Raj and Howard all have something they need to work out with girls (or in Leornard's case,girl). Sheldon has no interest not just in a female relationship, but with human relationships of any kind. He even went so far to say human relationships baffle and repulse him at one time. He's so blunt and clueless about things he's not even aware that he's getting entangled in the relationships regardless (friends,enemies and stalker).
