  • Bit of home truth, you should all get your facts right.

If police believe someone who is wanted for a police investigation, interrogation or an outstanding arrest, they are allowed to force entry into premises if they have strong reason to believe the suspect is inside. What better reason than seeing the suspect at the door.

  • @DarrenHuseyin1 Dear Darren, you are sadly deluded, I am wondering where you obtained your law degree, or are you one of these 'know-it-all' police officers the public must suffer?

For wrong you must be as this has already been held to have been without lawful authority in a court of law in the UK. Is that enough for you and your home truths?

  • Harassment is only a summary offence therefore they cannot enter the premises without a warrant. Police can enter under S17 for indictable offences.

  • @MrMoorde Completely correct - without a warrant or invitation into the home, this is unlawful entry.

  • Rule 1: Don't open doors or windows to police. If they have legal reason to enter they will force entry by busting down your door. If they bust down your door illegally then you have a case.

Rule 2: Film everything. Judges always side with the word of police unless you can provide evidence to the contrary. Even then it needs to be as much evidence as you can present.

  • @yesiamanalien agreed, a good piece of advice DO NOT OPEN DOORS to police. You might be interested to know part of this matter is now ongoing at LUTON CROWN COURT 28th of OCTOBER 2011 at 10am in relation to a charge of 'perverting the course of justice' against a member of the police.

  • I dont understand why you even opened the door.

  • @thegroove2000 me too mate. Next i'll take the advice and leave the door shut. They have proven they have no respect for the law

  • I think the police did a great job. He sounds like an argumentive tosser.

  • @Frank54175o You joined just 3 days ago, only made comment to this video, all indicative you're associated with the police from this video. Indeed you comment is totally at odds with all that have watched the material. Quite simply, the police entered unlawfully, for those with lesser IQ, this means they had no business being in this home.

  • @Indijulichar there may well be lots of reasons that the police in the UK can enter a home without a warrant. This was not one of them. In most cases these reasons can be summed up with the majority of those reasons for arrrest of someone for a SERIOUS crime.

  • Damned terrorist! Shoot first, and shoot straight. It's the only way to protect oneself against the terrorists.

  • well done, the police have totally lost it and the more they lay off in cuts the better

  • damn COPS IN BRITAIN ARE doing the same shit as us cops>>>

  • @Yzon63 Yes Yzon63 - a global problem, tyranny is not confined to my small town.

  • @ThePoliceharassment They dont need a warrant if they know a suspect is in a property. By the way there is no law against 'trespass' in the UK, thats how squatters are able to operate and by burglary is called 'breaking and entering'

  • @toweronepower If you have had any legal training I suggest you go back and read your books, you are completely wrong on all points. If you'd bothered to read the blurb on this vid you'd know the entry has already been held unlawful in court.

  • several blast from and Automatic Shotgun through the door solves the problem.

  • @Tamayo1980 you twat you absolute twat, go and watch starsky and hutch

  • @Marcus538 wat i don't need to watch SHIT. I wouldn't even open the door especially after warning them to leave several time. Go lick some boots you Nazi loving boot licking sheep.

  • The police are SEXIST cunts, who have harassed me just because I was having an argument with my GF, and they took her side. Who the fuck are they to police relationships (it was a legal argument, not a violent one)? This shows the REAL police mentality - we are the law, as much as we can get away with.

This man may have done something nasty to his ex to get this from police... or not.

  • join us 26maech london lawfu rebellion these are criminals

  • No warrant, no entry, AND they're threatening you. Not good enough.

  • women getting emotional :(

  • whatwason the warrant??? harassment has to be a certain number of times, and the wording says it has to be a certain type of act

  • whatwason the warrant???

  • @iBeep2009 There was no warrant. The police simply forced an unlawful entry to private property and as you see used violence to terrorise.

  • @shanesaintsfc Shane, if you are police you are like your colleagues sadly misinformed. The police operate to regulations found in PACE 1984. As defined by PACE this entry was unlawful, so no they couldn't arrest.

  • @shanesaintsfc And as for 'needed to be arrested' this is plainly daft. There is something known as the 'necessity test' I suggest you look it up. There are many more options to arrest someone to positively ascertain if there is any substance to an allegation. As you will have seen in the video, the offer to attend voluntarily to the police station was ignored.

The fact is, and you know it, the police do not act in this way for harassment. There is more to this matter. Thanks for the view.

  • @shanesaintsfc Im ashamed that you follow southamptonfc your a disgrase, all you do is force acts and statutes on persons (FICTIONAL CHARACTERS) this dose not aply to human beings, under gods law (BIBLE) the law that your employers obide by no one has domain over human beings.you are a revinue collector you work for a organization run for profit.you talk police legaliz to confuse the person into your contract of agreement.I hpoe ones proud of ones self.your kids will have to live under this tyrony

  • @looneybinbri

    God doesn't exist.

  • Welcome to 1984 and the police state they are using force to uphold their system. This is not Law this is tyranny and people are going to end up rebelling big time like they are doing in the Middle east.

Don't let them trample over your rights under Common Law I hope you sue them and win.

  • wow... way to kick off. ever tried writing for the daily mail? 'the police are TRYING to arrest me' who the fuck do you think you are? if you've committed or are alleged to have committed an arrestable offence, as you have, you have nothing to cry about. grow up fella.

  • @Ronmanuk not here to educate you, but I suggest you read PACE 1984. Boring read but details what policing powers are.

  • @Ronmanuk you cant arrest someone without evidence and they cant enter a house without a warrant. read up on your rights

  • fuck police

always record this kind of footage

  • @Thepoliceharassment: So then in that instance it was self-defense and a 12-gauge shot would've been a marvelous response.

  • @kinleyhard Shit that would of surprised them! Certainly I believe the intention was to cause me physical harm. Indeed they roughed me up after they stopped the video. Brave lads.......

  • why was he reading your door its rights? lol

  • @boontime Mate, not only did he read the door it's rights, but used the name Mr Jordan. Not my name..... A complete remedial, i bet they don't trust him with parking tickets now!

  • What have you supposed to have done, that was an arrestable offence

  • @ClarkesonTheMarksman Hey Clarkson, it turned out I was being arrested for Sec 2 Protection from harassment of my former wife and believe it or not the Secretary to the Borough Commander. I can inform you that I was found not guilty of all charges on the 19th of May.

All offences are now arrestable (following SOCPA 2006) makes things simple for the police. They are supposed to act reasonably and consider all other possible alternatives. (the necessity test)

  • @ThePoliceharassment very nicely handled. Did they get in after you switched the cam off and stopped filming?

  • @ClarkesonTheMarksman thanks. If you watch the 2nd part to the vid, you'll see they got in. That's after threatening to smash the glass door in my face with the 'enforcer'. The police professional standards think that's an ok approved method of entry..... make from that what you will.

  • OH MY GOD!!!!! Incredible that this country could have become like this

  • If they dont have a warrant then they need to be made an example of.

    It is harrasment.

Stand strong, there is no authority without that warrant.

  • keep up the fight mate, your doing the right thing. your spot on.

  • @Rubberdinghyrapids cheers for the support. Frankly the coppers involved in this committed aggravate burglary to name just one criminal consequence of their actions. The full facts behind this incident are truly outrageous, in time all will be revealed.

  • fuck the police complaints procedure, go straight to a solicitor and take them to the cleaners! these guys are scum

  • "We're here to arrest you because YOUR WIFE OR YOUR EX-WIFE have made an allegation of harassment against you"

Well which one is it? are these coppers thick or what?

  • An enthralling video, Sir. I recommend The AntiTerrorist, his books, website theantiterrorist.co.uk and YouTube channel youtube dot com/theantiterrorist

  • @kinleyhard Hi Kinley, have watched the antiterrorist material, very good. Unfortunately his advice and work is of no use when the police are happy to ignore the law and use force against you. As you will have seen in video 2, the police were going to smash a glass panelled door in my face.

They were using the 'enforcer' method of entry device, which has in excess of 30 tonnes impact pressure. Clearly they could have seriously maimed me or killed me.

Thanks 4 the advice, do visit my website
