@fshoria The big corporations are figurally PEEING on those poor people, they don't give a SHIT! As far as they care about they would provide their pee as drinking water.
That's my simple guess of the meaning to this vid.
@fshoria The part about peeing has to do with what they were talking about in regards to diseases. Often in the developing world people will drink the same water that other people bathe in. And if there aren't strong enough sanitary measures in place, human waste can end up in those pools of water. However, this usually happens in rural areas, not so much in the cities.
This has nothing to do with capitalism or any other isms. The fact of the matter is the human population has grown so much that there isn't enough clean water for everyone. So it becomes a game of who gets what, and guess what? The rich and powerful get control of it and the right to see fit who gets that resource. And as water gets polluted more and more each year, the cost of turning that into drinkable water gets more and more expensive. You can't even drink rain water these days.
these idiots might wanna strike down a public option for clean water in that world. KEEP YOUR HANDS OUTTA MY WATER , lol those right wingers. xD xD xD
The problem you have is these selfish parents bringing children into the world when they have NO MONEY..HELLO..USE CONTRACEPTION !!!!! You need to STERILIZE the adults..Help stop poverty
I honestly hope that in a few years, a worldwide sterelisation happens. As in, you have to take an IQ test/basic social skills/psychologically well/etc before you are allowed children.
So many awful parents in Western countries, so many poor, homeless kids in 3rd world. The whole system is fucked and needs a reform.
Privatisation of water supplies in Africa is often a condition of aid to that country which then means that a lot of the aid finds itself back into the pockets of big international companies and therefore less of the aid actually reaches the people in need.
but very close to what is really happening regarding the privatisation - in my many travels to Africa, amongst others with Water Projects to provide clean water, I can confirm the denounce made in the spot.

really well done, and on top of appreciating that amazingly well thought out/made clip the message got through also.
Bit gutted about Jip tho. I always put him down as ending up being a teacher...
