I'm Chinese but I think the Japanese are way better because the Japanese still seem humble about their success whereas the Chinese think they are the S**** and act like it.

I cant fancy why people buy them. they should take their time to make soba. its a great work. keeps you trained and the product is outperforming all stuff from the market. machine processed food neds lots of additional chemicals to get processed.

yea. I spoke some japanese to my mates, and then some chinese, and they couldn't tell the difference! :O. I have to say, I prefer japanese culture and food better than chinese.
