I remember watching that play, before it happened when they were lining up to kick the field goal my dad asked me if I was watching I said yes as if I was crying and when I heard that he blocked I cheered so loud I felt a sense of relief, and I do have to agree I was mad when Eric Berry was face masked and it didn't count. But at least we won.

I was there. Brooks fucked up that game. He played too conservatively at the end. Tennessee couldn't stop Kentucky the entire 2nd half. He choose to kick a field goal from the one yard line as opposed to punching it in at the buzzer. Also, he didn't even pass on this possssion. We just ran four crap running plays and then let Tennessee massively line up in the middle. It was obvious that they were going to block it up the middle.

this play shows wut i think no1 every realized, there is a loophole in the overtime penalty system. if u are in overtime and a team ever blocks ur field goal and starts to return it you can do anything to get them down, and ya u will get a flag thrown, yet it will not count. i hope that after seeing this play they will think about the rule and changing it. but o well who cares we still won any ways but this play makes me mad everytime that i see it.

Trust me, not a single Tennessee fan understands. But the explination is this: the Foster penalty was a dead ball penalty and therefor could carry over to the next overtime, the facemask was not a deadball penalty and because tennessee's possession was over there was no carry over. Make sense? I don't get it either. Personally I was hoping that UT could get a pic, then UT could have gone and just destroyed woodson or anyone else as much as they wanted to and it wouldn't have mattered. right?
