Why a Liberal Arts Education?

Liberal arts education is central to becoming a person? So, if I don't study liberal arts, I'm not a person? It's all a lie anyway. No one will save the world. The world will be destroyed by God as stated in Revelation. That's not "academic" I realize. But the wisdom of this world is foolishness, even though they count the preaching of the cross as foolishness. Jesus is the only Savior, and He can save the soul from hell. If you wish to become wise, become wise toward God.

Liberal Arts should be restricted to academic enrichment unless you are dead set on being a professor.

@seinfan9 Exactly, liberal arts fields are worth studying for personal development. They are not career preparation and should not be done on student loans.
