It sounds like maybe the parrot is making a snoring sound when you ask to spend the night. When I brought my cat home as a kittten my African grey (honest, he made up his own sentences sometimes) said, "Seraph [his name[ loves the kitty." Sometimes when it went by he would say "Hi cat". If it got to close he would say "Don't bother the bird!"
Lol it was basically a kitten when we got the bird and well it's trained. You should go look at my other vids they get along alot.. And the cat is actually friendly with whatever I bring home. (Bunny/Ferret)
TJ's all ike, "Hey, hey, HEY!! *slides down cage door * Not cool! Get out of my house!" *nipes the cat out the door*
Well, Kitty should have asked to come in, first. V.V
LOL!

I have 2 cats living with my parrots too, you have to be extremely careful even if they are friendly as cat saliva is EXTREMELY toxic to parrots.
