What about the wikipedia page? "Lumi" is a fictional character--no doubt. But the model based on her, is most likely real. As of now, I can't say how much--because even I am starting to have second doubts on how "real" or "CGI" she is.

All I can say for sure, with out a doubt now is--Lumi's face on all the music videos--is Rachel Rhodes--the girl who happens to be a Japanse American model--as well as one of two main vocalist singers for Lumi.
