A baby can be fed from a bottle containing breast milk. In fact, many physicians recommend doing both. It isn't like the baby can't get nutrition without being attached to the breast.

If you cannot pump, then you probably cannot breastfeed. There is also formula, you can walk to your car, you can go to a private location. @Mccudden25 Your mischaracterization of the word "toxic" in this context suggests a rather limited understanding of biological function. I only meant toxic in the sense that retaining urine can damage the kidneys and it is necessary to filter the blood. Yes, if you injected urine into your veins, it would be toxic. If you simply step in it or even drink it, you will suffer no effects other than what I would assume is a bad taste. Can't speak from experience there.
