what is the best motor peak HP and power/weight wise? is it the turbo L4 or the turbo L6? how come no one swaps the hachi with the most powerful engine because it is the lightest body?

WMMT3 is just the game version of Wangan Midnight the anime. it has nothing to do with the TXR series, except that there both made by genki. i dont? my FD i use the turbo, and my GT jus duz it, i hav the high end gears spread out, so once i het like 170 the accel goes way down but they'll keep goin till they cant go any faster, or till they over heat, the FD would go faster but it starts to over heat around 233-234mph

it depends what car you drive.i swapped my supra to an L6 turbo engine and went from 545 to 720ps and it does a little more mph and is much quicker than before.
nfs is a completly different type of racing game. you cant even compare nfs to txr.
i have a 240Z that stock has a N/A L6 in it, and i swapped it for a turbo L6. it went from topping out around 260kph(162mph) to topping around 305kph(190mph), i hit 196mph top. i know 196mph on txr3 isnt amazing. but thats pretty damn fast for a L6 240Z.
its blue and has the same body kit as the devil Z from wangan midnight. only difference is the rims
the PS2 and PS3 versions are completly different. the PS3 prostreet is more like a gran tourismo type game than a nfs type game. the handling is more like a raceing simulator.
well the playstation 3 actually shows how much you total your vehicle but i got the ps2 version. i only rented it for 5 days so i didn't really beat Ryo yet.

You are obviously watch WAY too much Initial D. No serious mountain racer would drift, its the slowest way to get down which is why drifting is always done for entertainment purposes. The drift king himself admits that its just a fun way to get around a turn.
Grip > Drift on the mountain. Oh, and FYI highway racing takes control and concentration to control cars with an average of 600HP. Touge racing requires skill and technique.

to be fair straight highway drag isn't as fun without and opponent. 2 super powered cars rushing down the bayside is very intense. though it's not hard to maintain course, if you don't exhibit a specific line you'll find your opponent out running you.

Both forms of racing take extreme dedication, with a down hill u are relying heavily on ur technique and constantly searching for the right line to take, also constant suspension tunning. Now as far as Wangan u are relying more on ur machine then jus pure technique. Is there technique???? Of course, u jus dont rely on as much as u do on a down hill. Personally, I like both forms of racing and to tell u the truth u cant compare them, cars or style..(^_^)

i've done that. i moved all of the gears to the farthest left, and still it seems like it can go over 230 but the game doesn't let it.
