This design is brilliant. I'd like to modify it just a bit.

Instead of using straws. You should try using the plastic pipes you use for gas heaters and such. not only are they wider but they are much more comfortable.

You need to put the tobacco underneath the aluminum foil and put ur charcoal ontop of the foil. First heat up ur coal with a lighter or something and then place it on ur shiha and pull :)
