I really didn't like this season. Like Thailand I felt alot of the people were mean spirted and I hated the whole one team getting luxury and the other getting crap. "They looked through your bag?!?!?!" Loved that. I wish that bit was in this vid. Yau-Man is way up there on my list of favorite players.
What an amazing person, to beat so many odds with his age/appearance and maintain a great personality! He would have won if Dreamz had given it, but what's also respectable is how Yau man did not call out dreamz and put him on his knees like others would have as jury members, but was kind enough to let him keep the car! Too bad he didn't do as well in Micronesia, but he did own the 1st episode!!

Apparently, had Dreamz lived up to the deal, he would have been voted out for it. Yau just told me that the jury probably would have actually given Dreamz the win for A) the sob story of his life, B) Yau-Man taking advantage of Dreamz in the F6 reward challenge and C) Dreamz having the balls to give up immunity at F4 if either Earl or Cassandra got the boot.
So yeah. Strange how that works. Dreamz actually made the correct call by being selfish.
yau man is an idiot, just because he's old he doesn't deserve any more sympathy than anyone else. If someone like Fairplay got tricked like Yau Man did, no one would be as sympathetic.
I wish you included the part when, after switching to the better camp, he was coming back from a challenge holding the flag and said "I'm strong enough now to carry the flag".

@michele8196 Yes, Yau definitely would've been a worthy winner for this season. However, even though Dreamz IS a jerk, there's no denying that he outplayed Yau. Survivor is not a nice game, and Dreamz utilized lies and manipulation to get himself to the end and knock out the huge threat that was Yau.

Dreamz should have given it to Yau. Earl votes Dreamz, Yau-man votes Cassandra, and Cassandra and Dreamz vote Earl. It's a Cassandra/Dreamz/Yau final 3, Yau would win but Dreamz might actually get some votes for giving the immunity to Yau.

yao-man was sucha genuine guy that didn't backstab anybody..a true team player...well rounded player. He made a sacrifice to give a truck out of good will in return for a immunity neckless WHICH DREAMZ PROLLY WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN. thats why dreams accepted in the first place. the fact that DREAMS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIS POVERTY TO MAKE YAO-MAN GIVE HIM A TRUCK.....going back on his word in the end proved to everyone that he was not deserving of the money.
