google a program called "mp3mymp3" is records any sound playing outta your speakers and you can save it as .mp3 or .wav and then from there convert it to anything else if you want, but yer i use this for myspace and youtube, providing that the songs have decent quality even though the program captures all the quality, i haven't noticed much difference in recording quality compared to oringinal
