Um, no we dont. People get searched before going into a party. When a cop sees you taking e, they're not like "he have a good night" but kick you out of a party. If you have more than a couple of pills, you get a big fine. Especially Amsterdam is more and more restricting drug use, helas :) In the past we were more tolerant. You could test your stuff at parties.
Some use it in Holland yes, but on public events such as a party it is forbidden. If you get caught using or carrying drugs at parties, then you'll most likely get arrested.
