I sang this piece years ago. I still carry it in my head, it's just beautiful. It requires a lot of breath control from the chorus to sustain the lines properly.

So, so true. Every time I get a new person to come to my performances with the Long Beach Chorale (in California) they are always blown away that music like this even exitsts. How could they have gone their entire lives and never known?
