@jimmychauv There's no cream added...And in gelato, the ingredients are stirred while being frozen together (rather than being frozen to begin with) to prevent a lot of air from getting in...That's what makes it creamy, dense and not grainy. What this person made is more of a sherbet and even then the ingredients aren't being frozen together.

i think it was milk. It doesn't taste like italian gelato but it was really good. Simple snack and fresh taste.
