As far as nitro trucks go, it's very easy to start, break-in, and tune. If you're just getting started in RC, perhaps the the Kruiser VE might be a better choice. The brushless electric power is as fast or faster than the nitro powered version, and you don't need to learn how to tune a nitro engine while you're learning how to drive it to its full potential. Either way I think you're going to be satisfied, but the VE is going to be a little easier to start.
It's a generic body made to resemble a customize pick-up middle to late 50s. It's probably more similar to an old Ford F100, but not close enough to really say its anything.
Rough translation - "the music is really unbearable, and damaged." Sorry you don't like the music. I try to pick sound tracks that are relatively up-tempo and with a little metal/industrial flavor. No offense, it's just music and everyone has their unique tastes. ;o) Stay cool my French brother! We all love RC!
It can be compared with a traxxas summit? i'm planning on get one of those, but now i'm confused. which one is better? or recommended? will appreciate any help on my decision!
i own an modified savage and a traxxas summit. They both handle jumps very well but i wanted something that is as close as possible to the real thing. Firstly i was thinking about the tamiya super clod buster but because the madforce is about the same price and it is faster than the clodi am a bit confused.I remember that after a daily bash all the madforce guys had something broken but idk if it was from their driving style or the truck quality.Anyways nice video and tell me if it is worth it
this video has inspired me!!! haha. i got a 1962 chevy half-ton at my farm and i WILL build it to look like this!!! paint job, rims, and all. cept its gonna have either a 350 vette engine, or a duramax diesel.
GOOD video. i own 5 mad force trucks from kits to rtr. i don't think you guys edited this video cause these trucks unless you dump money into the suspension do not handle the jumps like your truck here in the video. took you alot of takes to get those long jumps done correctly i'm sure. nice video though.
@vbooster Thanks for the compliments on the video. There are no special effects or creative editing to make the truck look better, and there's no modifications to the truck. We even included the crashes, so if we were motivated to "only show the good stuff" as you suggested, we wouldn't have included those clips either. That's how it runs. This is a completely stock rig, with a longer wheelbase, new shocks, new shock mounting positions and lower ride height that keeps the arms more level.
This has no resemblance to a Savage. This is a solid axle truck, like real monster trucks, where the Savage has A-arm suspension. They couldn't be more different.
awesome video! i just ordered one yesterday! but one problem...you have it listed as a 2.5...but the .21 is considered a 3.5 engine. the video is truly awesome though....it's a very sharp truck. can't wait until mine gets here!!!

I don't care who you are - A monster truck should have solid axles! :)

There is a new version coming. It features a 2.4 GHz radio, and the new and MUCH more powerful .25 engine.
