i love dogs . had many down through the years.. its heartbreaking when they die,, unlike cats they depend on us... i had one dog in particular back in the 70s. his name was "Kimble" stayed with us for 12 years.. he was really special.. to give you an example. i come home from work and people would tell me he'd be waiting at the hill 5 minutes before.. sitting , waiting, as if he knew the time.. he would often head to town to a market get a bone from butcher and head back 2 miles ,traffic etc.
