Hannan is learned man with the power to argue things on the merits of free republican principles much like the Thomas Jefferson and the founders here in the US did in our founding documents here. Liberals there and here wither in any debate with one so knowledgeable who can lay the weight of pinpointed free republican truths upon them.

In Canada, Our Constitution clearly states that there will be ONE Parliament for Canada. I assume the UK Constitution says something similar no? In Canada our Government does not even legally have the power to offer a referendum that is based off a question that is Unconstitutional. A referendum is an ACT and they have no power to act to dissolve the Canadian Parliament.. Any agitation to do as such would be an act of Treason.

You guys need to look into your Constitution a little closer. Fight!

Sorry, he may be intelligent, but he's no charismatic speaker, he was boring. He'd do better as a speech writer. Hannan, like Reagan, has the personality, balls, and charisma to express their meanings and thoughts in an appreciable way.

People need someone to fire them up, not give a university lecture. Good speakers speak at a level people can relate to and empathize with.

Well had a small flick thru Danniels book and what i must say is that im very impressed. Even just reading the blurb at the back or opening the front cover to read a few quotes from Aristotle, Thomas Jefferson, Armartya Sen and F A Hayek. Quotes like.
