From the looks of it it's either a vortech, paxton, procharger or powerdyne?
I know it's a centrifical s/c from the looks of it. Hope this helps a little. People should respond when someone asks about their video.

@sr20Adam Sorry, I know this is way late, I never got a notification that someone replied to this video. It's a Procharger. It was made with a kit by a company called RevAuto, but they have gone out of business.
