I've owned cats and dogs, and I can tell you one thing easily overlooked:
wagging the tail has a totally DIFFERENT meaning in their respective body language.
cats wag their tail when they are ANGRY.
dogs wag their tail when they are HAPPY.
So you can clearly see what happens in this video.
